10 Gourmet Gab Holiday Recipes

December 3, 2015

When I started Gourmet Gab, one of the first series I did was a countdown to Christmas with a new recipe every day of December. I worked so hard on the 25 Days of Baking project in an effort to share some of my favorite family recipes and ideas for holiday baking.

Looking back on these old posts, my blogging style has definitely evolved over time, but my family recipes have not. My Grandma’s Sugar Cookies will never get old. The Pretzel Buttons my aunts, cousins and I make in huge batches together will always be one of the most fun since you have to work quickly together. We will never be able to keep enough of the sweet and savory Almond Bark in the house before my dad picks out his favorite pieces.

Now that December is here and the holiday baking will begin, I hope these 10 recipes will find their way into your kitchen. Try a new chewy cookie, sweet and savory snack or one bite treat. Happy December!

When you make any of these recipes, tag your photos and posts with #gourmetgab or @gourmet_gab so I can see them on social media! It is honestly the coolest feeling seeing that I got to play a little part in inspiring someone to try a new recipe or create something for their first time in the kitchen. Wishing you the best holiday baking!

Love food. Love self. Love life.
