Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Serves: 1.5 cups
This hummus is an easy snack to have ready for work or serve at parties. Swap the roasted red pepper for any flavor you would like!
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 roasted red pepper (from a jar is perfectly fine!)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil, or more as needed
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Pulse or blend on high until smooth. If texture is too thick to blend easily, add another drizzle of olive oil to smooth.
  2. Serve with crackers, pita bread, naan or vegetables. Enjoy!
