Last weekend I traveled to the beautiful Spanish island of Ibiza. Known for its huge dance parties at the discotecas, I was prepared to dance the nights away. Little did I know that the beaches would be equally as increíble! The sand was soft and smooth. The Mediterranean water…simply amazing. Crystal clear, bright blue and so warm.

My favorite part of Sunday was enjoying a fresh Mojito on the beach while watching the sun set. It truly was one of the most picturesque moments of my life! When I get back to the States it is my goal to become an expert at making Mojitos. Any tips?
