Avocado Pico de Gallo

Gourmet Gab has got you covered for Thursday’s celebrations of Cinco de Mayo! No need to dine out for a meal–instead, have some friends over and munch on this muy delicioso Avocado Pico de Gallo. Serve with tortilla chips for an appetizer, on the side of a quesadilla, or on a spicy Pepper Jack cheeseburger and your friends will be raving. Don’t forget the margaritas… Salud!
