When I polled my Instagram followers a few weeks ago, the majority of you picked this flexible plan so that you add your own touch and change up your meals each day. This version is packed with different proteins that you can rotate into lunch and dinner: turkey meatballs, shrimp, chicken and tilapia. There’s also tons of fresh and roasted veggies that add lots of color and flavor. Plus, my personal favorite, the two sauces I’m loving lately: a chimichurri and an almond soy dressing.
